\"\"On April 16, 2025, Saida Musayeva, Chairwoman of the \u201cInnovative Progress and Support for Socio-Economic Development\u201d Public Union, participated in the international scientific conference titled \u201cFrom Victory to Triumph: The Historical Path of the\u00a0Turkic World\u201d, co-organized by the \u201cHistory and Ethnology of Turkic Peoples\u201d Department of the A.A. Bakikhanov Institute of
\nHistory and Ethnology of ANAS and the \u201cAtamnyn Amanaty\u201d Public Organization from Kazakhstan. She took part in discussions focused on preserving the shared
\nhistorical memory of the Turkic world and passing it on to
\nfuture generations.<\/p>\n

The conference gathered scholars, veterans, and public
\nfigures from Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan. The event was
\nmoderated by Ilgar Niftaliyev, Ph.D. in History, Associate
\nProfessor, and Deputy Director for Scientific Affairs of the
\nInstitute of History and Ethnology, who delivered a
\npresentation on \u201cThe Memory of War in Azerbaijan and
\nGenerational Continuity.\u201d Gullu Yologlu, Ph.D. in History
\nand Head of the Department of Turkic Peoples\u2019 History and
\nEthnology, presented on \u201cThe Changing Turkic World:
\nFrom Victory to Triumph.\u201d<\/p>\n

Yerzhan Aytikov, Head of the Astana branch of the Union
\nof Karabakh War Veterans in Kazakhstan, joined the
\nconference online and shared heartfelt remarks. Founders of
\nthe \u201cAtamnyn Amanaty\u201d Public Organization Aliya
\nSagimbayeva and Saule Musina, and philologist
\nGulbarshyn Zairova also presented their speeches.<\/p>\n

Raisa Jafarova, Senior Researcher at the \u201cHistory of the Soviet Period of Azerbaijan\u201d Department, gave a presentation titled \u201cAzerbaijani Women Who Lived as
\nPrisoners in ALZHIR.\u201d Jabi Bahramov, Ph.D. in History
\nand Head of the \u201cHistory of Western Azerbaijan\u201d
\nDepartment, spoke on \u201cThe Contribution of the Azerbaijani
\nPeople to the Victory over German Fascism in 1941\u20131945.\u201d
\nKhayala Shabanova, a PhD student at Baku State University, presented on \u201cThe Activities of the Azerbaijani Legion During World War II.\u201d Nasikha Kenjina, Corresponding Member of the International Academy of Sciences of the Russian Federation for Ecology and
\nBioresources, Honorary Member of the Azerbaijan Writers\u2019 Union, and member of the Journalists\u2019 Unions of Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan, delivered a speech on
\n\u201cKarabakh Through the Eyes of a Kazakh Woman.\u201d<\/p>\n
