The SHE Congress was held on May 22, 2025. As one of the key events promoting the participation of women in economic, social, and leadership spheres on a global scale, this year\u2019s SHE Congress was once again held with the presence of esteemed participants. Among the speakers were Member of the Milli Majlis (National Assembly), Chairperson of the State Committee for Family, Women and Children Affairs, Professor Hijran Huseynova; Chairman of the Board of KOBIA, Orkhan Mammadov; and Executive Director of Azpromo, Yusif Abdullayev. Tatiana Mikayilova, Executive Partner of \u201cRED Communications\u201d agency, Co-founder of \u201cEdutainment.az\u201d, and Head of the \u201c100 Business Women of Azerbaijan\u201d community, also delivered a speech.<\/p>\n

At this significant event, where important topics such as the empowerment of women’s leadership opportunities, the promotion of entrepreneurial activities, and the enhancement of their role in the sustainable development of society were discussed, the public association \u201cInnovative Progress and Ecology \u2013 Support for Socio-Economic Development\u201d also participated actively.<\/p>\n

\nThe Chairperson of the Association, Saida Musayeva, and Deputy Chairperson, Jamala Nakhchivani, participated in the event, exchanged views on the projects implemented by the organization and its strategic vision in this field, and presented proposals aimed at increasing women’s economic activity.<\/p>\n

The SHE Congress is a broad platform aimed at promoting the active participation of women in society, and the knowledge gained and partnerships established here can transform into strategic initiatives that contribute to the socio-economic development of our country.<\/p>\n

Our Public Association supports such events and considers the establishment of a stronger and more inclusive society through the effective participation of women as one of its primary goals.<\/p>\n
