On June 4, 2025, a large-scale, multifaceted event titled \u201cThe Path to Success: The Impact of a Successful Mother on Her Child\u201d was held, organized by the \u201cInnovative Progress and Ecology\u201d Public Union for Supporting Socio-Economic Development.<\/p>\n
The event began with the playing of the National Anthem of the Republic of Azerbaijan and a moment of silence in honor of the martyrs who gave their lives for the homeland. Alongside Saida Musayeva, Chairwoman of the \u201cInnovative Progress and Ecology\u201d Public Union, the event was attended by Vice Chairwoman Jamala Nakhchivani, as well as distinguished guests representing various fields \u2014 lecturers from Baku State University, heads of clinics, a bank branch manager, female entrepreneurs, psychologists, and members of the public.<\/p>\n

During the speeches, the invaluable role of women \u2014 especially mothers \u2014 in the development of society was emphasized. The importance of parental example in shaping moral values and family upbringing, as well as the positive impact of a successful family model on society as a whole, was discussed.<\/p>\n
Participants engaged in a wide-ranging exchange of ideas around the topic, sharing life experiences and practical examples. The discussions highlighted key issues such as the influence of mothers on shaping their children\u2019s lives, strengthening the family institution, and increasing the active participation of women in socio-economic development.<\/p>\n

One of the key elements that enhanced the significance of the event was the art exhibition organized in parallel. The exhibition was curated by Jamala Nakhchivani, founder and head of the \u201cArt and Creativity Club.\u201d The artworks presented by the artists added a unique vibrancy to the event. A parent who is developing personally also contributes to their child\u2019s growth, encouraging them to explore self-expression and personal development through art.<\/p>\n
The main goal of the event was to promote the role of mothers and women in socio-economic development, to acknowledge the positive influence they have on their children, and to bring together successful examples in this field.<\/p>\n
