On June 20, 2025, the Chairperson of the \u201cInnovative Progress and Ecology\u201d Public Union for Support to Socio-Economic Development, Saida Musayeva, Deputy Chairperson Jamala Nakhchivani, and active members of the organization participated in the Entrepreneurs\u2019 Forum held at the Heydar Aliyev Center in the Absheron region.<\/p>\n

The forum was organized with the support of the Agency for State Support to Non-Governmental Organizations of the Republic of Azerbaijan, in collaboration with the Absheron District Executive Authority and the \u201cPublic Union for Support to Socio-Economic and Agricultural Development.\u201d The event, held under the theme \u201cGreen Energy in the Green Economy,\u201d<\/em> served as an important platform for the exchange of ideas and experiences on sustainable development, environmental responsibility, and a green future.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The event was attended by 70 large and 60 small and medium-sized entrepreneurs, youth, representatives of state institutions, and public organizations. Among the official participants of the forum were: Gulnar Rahimova, Deputy Head of the Absheron District Executive Authority for socio-economic and humanitarian affairs; Esmira Latifova, leading specialist of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Azerbaijan; Zaur Ibrahimov, Member of the Supervisory Board of the Agency for State Support to NGOs and the Board of the National NGO Forum; Khatira Ismayilova, Chairperson of the Public Council under the Absheron District Executive Authority and mother of a martyr; Zulfiya Nuriyeva, Chairperson of the \u201cPublic Union for Support to Socio-Economic and Agricultural Development.\u201d<\/p>\n

In addition, regional heads and representatives of relevant institutions such as the State Agrarian Development Centers (DAIM) and the Agricultural Credit and Development Agency (DMA) were also present.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

As part of the forum, a handicrafts exhibition was held to promote the integration of participants into an inclusive society. The event was further enriched by performances from Parvana Huseynli, a painter and dancer with Down syndrome, as well as a children’s dance group. Prior to the start of the forum, participants visited the monument of National Leader Heydar Aliyev and honored the memory of the martyrs.<\/div>\n

As part of the forum, souvenirs featuring olive branches \u2014 a symbol of the Absheron region \u2014 as well as themed booklets and eco-friendly bags were presented to the participants. The \u201cInnovative Progress and Ecology\u201d Public Union for Support of Socio-Economic Development also played an active role in this significant event. The organization\u2019s chairperson Saida Musayeva, deputy chairperson Jamala Nakhchivani, and active members of the union participated in the forum, attending presentations and speeches on the promotion of green energy sources, ecological innovations in agriculture, and opportunities for renewable energy. They also engaged in discussions and held productive meetings for future partnerships.<\/p>\n

The union\u2019s participation in this forum is regarded as a continuation of its core mission \u2014 protecting the environment, promoting the green economy, and raising public awareness.
