SHE Congress
On May 22, 2024, Saida Musayeva, Chairperson of the Public Union “Innovative Progress and Support for Socio-Economic Development and Ecology,” and Jamala Nakhchivani, the deputy chairperson, participated in the SHE Congress.
Although some time has passed since the SHE Congress, the enthusiasm, spirit, and inspiration it created on that day still live on in the hearts of the participants. The Congress was attended by MP, Honorable Hicran Huseynova, Deputy Chairperson of the Committee on Family, Women, and Children Issues, Sədaqət Qəhrəmanova, Chairperson of the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBIA), Orxan Məmmədov, and the valuable founder of the SHE project, Tatyana Mikayılova.
The speeches at the Congress constantly filled the participants with strength, energy, and confidence. They inspired everyone to step forward with courage and confidence toward their goals. Attending such events makes one realize once again how much society needs these kinds of forums and conferences. When the four main powers—education, exchange of experience, motivation, and networking—come together, real change begins.
Some of the thoughts expressed by the speakers left a deep impression on the participants:
- “The power of the present – the past is behind us, the future has not yet come. Our power is in today!”
- “Every hope gives courage – where there is hope, fear disappears. Hope gives us wings!”
- “Every woman needs financial freedom – freedom is power, and this power enables a woman to stand on her own feet.”
- “A financially strong woman’s rights are not violated – because where there is power, there is respect, support, and value!”
- “Results help you to be a leader – every achievement, every step brings you one step closer to leadership.”
- “You are not less than anyone, you will succeed! Because success begins with confidence!”
These valuable thoughts are priceless for the development of society. They awaken the potential within every woman, encouraging her to change, create, and lead.
Let us not forget:
- Be there for your loved ones!
- Be kind and understanding toward each other!
- Support one another!
- Women and men, young and old – we can all be leaders in our own fields!
Because together we will change, together we will rise!
